By joining the Abossey Wellness 31-Day Reset programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not join.
The Programme
The 31-Day Abossey Wellness Reset is a habit accountability programme designed to help busy professionals build better daily habits. It is not medical advice, and you should consult your GP before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
Member Responsibilities
Members commit to completing the daily accountability scorecard, sharing their scores honestly in the WhatsApp group, and following their personalised action plan. The programme works through consistency and honesty, not perfection.
Accountability Group
The private WhatsApp accountability group is a confidential space for members only. Members agree to respect the privacy of others and not share group content outside the group.
Limitation of Liability
Abossey Wellness is provided "as is." Harold and Abossey Wellness are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the programme.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the programme constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
